Offsite Laundry Services $15/ Load Per Cleaning [1 load = up to 40lbs of laundry]
This includes laundry detergent and/or bleach, as well as washing, drying, folding, stain treatment, dehairing, and lint removal.

This is optional; however, if you choose not to opt for offsite laundry services, you will be responsible for handling the laundry yourself.
OFF-SITE LAUNDRY SERVICES
ATL CLEVER CLEANING is dedicated to providing top-quality service, particularly when it comes to unit turnovers. Laundry can be a significant challenge for cleaners, and washing on-site presents several issues. Frequent use of your washer and dryer can lead to excessive wear and tear, and potential malfunctions may cause delays. Additionally, on-site washing can slow down our cleaning process, as cycles take time, stains may not always come out, and laundry may not dry completely after a long drying cycle. To maintain efficiency and uphold our high cleaning standards, we exclusively offer off-site laundry services. This allows us to focus entirely on thoroughly cleaning your unit and ensuring it is in pristine condition without unnecessary distractions or delays. We ensure smooth and efficient turnovers through streamlined operations. Our off-site laundry service processes all laundry at a dedicated facility. To facilitate this process, we ask for at least one extra set of bedding, towels, and washcloths for each turnover. The provided set is used for the current cleaning, while the soiled laundry is bagged, labeled, and prepared off-site for the next turnover.

Scope of Services

Clean stove overhead/light.

Clean stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher inside and out, add polish shine.

Clean and place dishes back where they go.

Clean kitchen wall backsplash.

Ensure cabinets are clean inside and out and organized.

Clean Counter top appliances such as toasters, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, etc.

Place out paper towels, sponges, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and any other replenish items needed

Wipe and sanitize countertops.

Clean table and chairs
-
Clean bathroom, toilet, sink, mirror, floor, tub/shower.

Place out towels, washcloths, soaps, toilet paper, etc.

Floors throughout complete vacuuming and mopping.

Empty and clean all waste baskets and replace bags.
-
Clean inside of drawers.
-
Clear/wipe the washer and dryer, remove dryer lint.

Sanitize remotes.
-
Place trash in the trash bin/area.

Send a damage/status report.
-
Shine all mirrors.
-
Send updates on low inventory.
-
Remove cobwebs.
-
Wipe all touchpoints (light switches, doorknobs, etc.).

Clear rooms of all unwanted items and throw them away, including left-behind food, etc.

Report left-behind personal items and lock them away.
-
Stage furniture and finalize guest-ready touches.
-
Final inspection/quality check and final walkthrough.

Organize couch pillows, vacuum the couch, clean any other furniture.

Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened.
-
Make bed(s), clean any nightstands and lamps, etc.

Clean under the bed(s).
-
Close the blinds and organize the curtains. Please note we do not clean blinds.

Fold any extra blankets and place back any moved furniture.
Tasks Not Included in Cleaning Services

Exterior Property Cleaning – Includes pressure washing, exterior walls, and outdoor maintenance.

Patio & Outdoor Furniture Cleaning – Deep cleaning or maintenance of patio sets.
-
Grill Cleaning – Removing grease buildup, deep scrubbing, or maintenance of BBQ grills.
-
Maintenance & Repairs – Any handyman tasks, fixing appliances, plumbing, electrical, or structural repairs.
-
Property Management Responsibilities – Booking management, pricing adjustments, guest coordination, or administrative duties.

Purchasing Replenishment Items – Restocking supplies outside of the standard cleaning service.
-
Window Blinds & High Windows – Cleaning window blinds or exterior/interior windows (except for those within doors).
-
Ceiling Fans at High Elevations – Any fans requiring a ladder to access.
-
Fireplace Cleaning – Ash removal, soot cleaning, or chimney maintenance.
-
Attic & Crawlspace Cleaning – Any tasks involving difficult-to-access areas.
-
Curtain Cleaning – Washing or dry-cleaning drapes and curtains.

Deep Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning – Steam cleaning, stain removal, or shampooing carpets and furniture.

Pest Control – Handling infestations, extermination, or setting traps.

Guest Concierge Services – Booking transportation, making reservations, or organizing guest activities.

Guest Checkout Assistance – Assisting guests with packing or departure.

Lost & Found Item Returns – Storing or returning left-behind items to guests.

Landscaping & Outdoor Maintenance – Mowing lawns, snow removal, or tending to gardens.

Pool & Hot Tub Maintenance – Chemical balancing, deep cleaning, or servicing of pools and spas.

Excessive Dishwashing – Cleaning a large number of dirty dishes beyond standard tidying.

Hazardous Material Cleaning – Mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, or extreme hoarding situations.
